About Us

Calico Landscape was formed out of a desire to provide excellent landscape service in a timely manner. Specializing in small jobs, Calico Landscape can perform quality work, with minimal overhead, at a low cost to the customer.

The company was started in 2009 by Ken Graves. Ken is a former Director of Agronomy of Pelican Hill Golf Club, in Newport Coast. His experience in horticulture, arboriculture, turfgrass, and construction spans many years. He has a degree in Turfgrass Management, is a California Certified Nurseryman, a Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture, a Certified Pest Control Applicator, a Certified Golf Course Superintendent, and a licensed Landscape Contractor.

Understanding the needs of the customer, Calico Landscape strives to install the best products on the market. Their follow up care and instruction sets them apart in creating enjoyable outdoor living environments.
